2. Booking and Payment
Booking: A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before the event date.
Payment Methods: We accept all types of payment methods.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information during the booking process and to inform us of any changes to your event details. You are responsible for securing any necessary permits or permissions required for photography at your venue.
5. Delivery of Photos
Timeline: We aim to deliver your edited photos within 3 to 4 weeks after your event.
Format: Final images will be delivered in a month .
6. Copyright and Usage
Gupta Foto retains copyright to all images taken during your event. We reserve the right to use these images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and portfolio.
You may not sell or use the images for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
7. Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality services, Gupta Foto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
